The classes of Hatha Yoga, Paris, are taught by Sandra Meixner, who has qualified with a diploma from Tapovan Institute. Sandra Meixner has practised Hatha Yoga for 15 years and meditation for 7 years. She has a diploma from the Tapovan Institut of Yoga and Ayuvéda in Paris, as a teacher of Hatha Yoga as of July 2002.

Fridays from 12.30pm till 2pm
