Christmas 200 Paris holiday apartment wanted

A mature couple are looking for a quiet, comfortable, well equipped apartment with at least 1 separate bedroom preferably facing the courtyard and on the top floor of an interesting building.
We would like gas central heating and a full oven to take advantage of the French markets.
Ideally in 2;3;4;5;6;7; or near Canal st Martin with wifi or internet.

For at least 2 weeks, perhaps more over Christmas please.
