2 american graduate students looking for apartment in Paris

We will be working in Paris from May 1 to August 15 and are looking for an apartment (preferably with 2 bedrooms). We are graduate students (28 and 35), do not smoke, and have no pets. We would preferably like a place near the 8th and 9th arrondissements if possible. One of us can arrange a visit to Paris sometime in the next three weeks to look at apartments.
